What we collect
- Enquiry details you send through the website form, WhatsApp, phone or email: your name, phone number, email address and message.
- Documents and information you share when we work for you, such as PAN, Aadhaar, Form 16, bank statements and financial records.
- Website usage data such as pages visited and the device used, collected through cookies if analytics is enabled.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote.
- To carry out the work you ask for, such as filing returns or replying to notices.
- To remind you about due dates and follow up on your work.
- To meet our legal obligations and keep records required by law.
- To understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only when needed to do your work or run our practice:
- Government portals and authorities, when filing returns or replies on your behalf.
- Our associate professionals (a practising Chartered Accountant, a Company Secretary and an associate firm for PF and ESI), only for work you have asked us to do.
- Service providers that help us run the website and communications, such as our form provider (Formspree), web host and analytics provider, who process data for us.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up. We keep client documents and records for as long as tax and other laws require, and then delete them securely.
How we protect it
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including limiting access to people who need it for your work. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so please share sensitive documents only through the channels we agree with you.
Your choices and rights
- You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.
- You can withdraw your consent to being contacted at any time by telling us.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
